Information we collect

When a homeowner submits a form on a Navigator landing page we collect the name, phone number, email address, service address or ZIP code, project details and any scheduling preferences provided, along with the page, campaign and tracking parameters that led to the submission.

How we use it

Submitted information is shared with the single contractor associated with that landing page and, where applicable, the Navigator appointment setter working that contractor's account. Navigator does not resell the same homeowner inquiry to multiple competing contractors.

Communications

With consent, we may contact homeowners by phone, SMS and email regarding their request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS where applicable.

Data retention and security

Data is stored in access-controlled systems with row-level tenant isolation. Credentials for third-party services are stored server-side and are never exposed to browsers.

Your rights

Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Contractor customers may export their own data from within the Navigator portal.
