Terms of Service

The service

Navigator provides advertising management, contractor-specific landing pages, lead capture, human appointment setting and a contractor CRM. Availability of individual features depends on the plan and on integrations being connected and configured.

Fees

Charges are presented separately as (1) the Navigator software subscription, (2) advertising budget spent on your behalf, and (3) appointment setting service fees. Advertising budget is not a Navigator fee. No amount is charged automatically unless a payment method has been connected and configured.

Leads

Opportunities generated for your account are assigned exclusively to your account. Navigator does not guarantee a specific volume of leads, appointments, or revenue.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of business information you supply, for holding any licences required in your service areas, and for complying with applicable advertising, telemarketing and messaging regulations.

Termination

Either party may terminate with notice. On termination you may export your leads, appointments and reports from the portal.
